Returns & Refunds
At X Line Mobile, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Earphones, headphones, and other personal-use accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been damaged due to improper use.
How to Return an Item

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refund Process
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
