Payment Information
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
At XLine Mobile, we charge a flat shipping fee of £3.99 for all online orders eligible for delivery within the UK. However, mobile phones or electronic items (e.g., laptops, tablets) priced over £100 are not available for delivery—you’ll need to pay online and pick them up from our Bradford store. Check your order details at checkout to confirm eligibility.
How long will delivery take?
For items eligible for delivery (e.g., accessories like headphones, cases, cables under £100), standard UK delivery takes 2-5 working days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1 business day, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For mobile phones or electronics over £100, there’s no delivery—you’ll pick them up in-store at your convenience after payment.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Here’s what happens after you order from the XLine Mobile online shop:
- For accessories under £100:
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
- We process your order within 1 business day and dispatch it with a £3.99 shipping fee.
- You’ll get a tracking link via email once shipped.
- The courier delivers within 2-5 working days (signature may be required).
- For phones/electronics over £100:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email after payment.
- Your order is prepared for in-store pickup at our Bradford location.
- We’ll notify you when it’s ready—bring ID and your order number to collect.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you’ll get a digital invoice via email with your order confirmation, listing items (e.g., Samsung phone, AirPods, etc.), prices, and any £3.99 shipping fee (if applicable). For in-store pickups or physical store purchases, you’ll receive a receipt at the Bradford shop, which acts as your invoice. Need a duplicate? Contact us at 07405 151535 with your order number.
Order & Billing
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your online order if it hasn’t been processed or prepared yet. Contact us within 24 hours via 07405 151535 with your order number. For items under £100, this applies before dispatch; for items over £100, before we notify you for pickup. Once processed or ready, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return items within 14 days (see our returns policy). For in-store purchases, visit or call our Bradford shop.
How do I check my order status?
To check the status of your order, simply email us at or call us at with your order number handy. We’ll provide updates, such as “Processing,” “Dispatched” (for items under £100), or “Ready for Pickup” (for phones/electronics over £100 at our Bradford store). For dispatched items, we can also share tracking details if available. For in-store purchases, contact the shop directly with your receipt.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes (e.g., switching from a Xiaomi case to a Huawei case) are possible before processing. Contact us within 24 hours via 07405 151535 with your order number and request. For items under £100, this is before dispatch; for items over £100, before pickup preparation. After that, changes aren’t possible, but you can return and reorder. In-store changes depend on stock—ask at our Bradford location.
